Caffè la Musa selects and buys the primary materials mainly from South America, Central America, Africa, Asia and Indonesia, permitting to maintain the high quality of the product repeatedly.
The two kinds of coffee mostly used in production are Arabica and Robusta.
The best, Arabica, grows between 1000 and 2000 mt altitude.
Compared to Robusta its fruits contain a lower quantity of caffeine and a more remarkly superior acidity (considered a value by critics).
Processing
The roasting made with machines of the high technology guarantees the characteristics of a classical, historical and perfect product, which is the virtue of coffee "made in Italy".
Each kind of raw material is roasted slowly and separately with the transmission of the oven heating of fire resistant bricks to firing cylinder.
